End User License Agreement (EULA)

This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for all apps, games, and websites developed and owned by TriappTech ("TriappTech," "we," "our products," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining your trust. Please review our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement (EULA) carefully. Agreement Overview

By using our apps or websites, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use our products. Your use confirms your acceptance of these terms and that you have the authority to bind yourself or any party you represent. Compliance with applicable laws and regulations is required.

If you process personal data of residents from the European Economic Area (EEA),TriappTech' Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies alongside this Agreement. In case of conflict, the DPA takes precedence.

We may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Please review this Agreement regularly. We reserve the right to discontinue any part of our products or revoke access at any time without notice or liability.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our products for unlawful activities under U.S. or other applicable laws. Misuse or violations may result in immediate termination of access, with or without notice.

License Grant

Subject to compliance, TriappTech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use our products on a single device you own or control. This Agreement does not transfer ownership rights; all intellectual property remains with TriappTech.

You may not modify, resell, transfer, distribute, or create derivative works from our products. Network-sharing across multiple devices is prohibited. Violations result in automatic Agreement termination.

Your Data

We do not collect personal information (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers) unless explicitly provided by you (e.g., support requests). Any shared personal data is confidential and used solely for addressing requests. We do not share personal data with third parties. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

For apps displaying advertisements, we may collect non-personal data (e.g., Google Advertiser ID) for personalized ads outside the EU. In the EU, non-personalized ads are displayed with user consent. You can limit ad tracking via device settings or the ad providers below.

Cookies

TriappTech does not set cookies. However, third-party ad or analytics providers may use cookies, and opt-out options are available via their policies.

Internet Permissions

Our apps may request internet access for content downloads, ad displays, app links, or anonymous analytics data collection.

In-App Purchases

Some apps may offer in-app purchases, which are subject to these terms.

Social Media Integration

Our apps may enable content sharing via social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). We do not collect user data from social media accounts.

Non-Advertising-Based Apps

For apps without third-party ads, provisions related to ad tracking do not apply.

Data Sharing with Authorities

We may disclose data to authorities in cases of fraud or illegal activity, with your consent, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

Opting Out

To opt out of ad tracking, you can stop using the apps or make in-app purchases to remove ads. In the EU, only non-personalized ads are shown based on user consent.

Age Restrictions

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If a child under 13 provides personal data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us for concerns.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
